Clean and new room with hot water that actually works, fresh towels provided too! 🚿

Very good-looking hotel, with large and clean rooms, wonderful pool and very good services.

Perhaps it is a bit too distant from the see, but if you have a rented car this is not a problem (we had a wonderful time at Amadores and Puerto de Mogan). The bed was not very comfortable, but acceptable anyway.

Everything was very nice, breakfasts are decent, similar!

Trouble with the Internet, bad catching a wai file in the room, just awful!

The location of this place is wonderful and the staff in all areas are very helpful.

The room beautifully maintained and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The view of the pool was absolutely superb. Its location was stunning, near to meloneras, playa ingles, very close from spar, hyperdino and market center as well as restaurants and lovely shops. Sonnenland district was worth exploring.

This hotel was absolutely amazing and reached far beyond my expectations. From the minute we arrived to the second we left the whole atmosphere of the hotel created my very best holiday experience. The staff were unbelievably helpful, friendly and loyal, with constant smiles and there for every need and want. The hotel facilities were impeccable and outstandingly clean. The hotel gave an impressive show of design and architecture, which really suited the name of palm oasis. I find it very hard to find hotels that fit to my every need on holiday, and I have never been 100% satisfied with my stay until now. I will almost defiantly be coming back to palm oasis in the near future! Thank you for such amazing hospitality.

Well where shall I start. We stayed half board in one of the apartments Oct 2012 School half-term. There was no air-conditioning, so our son had to sleep out on the balcony every night because the living area had no fan. Our bedroom had a ceiling fan, so was bearable. When asked at reception for a fan, they said they were all in use. My husband and I had terrible night sleeps because the beds were too uncomfortable, like sleeping on boards. As we were half board, we only used the fridge for drinks, the temperature knob had been removed, so our milk was off within 2 days and had to pay extortionate prices at the supermarket located at the hotel. The pool bar was only open until 6pm, then no bar open until 10.30 in the evening when the entertainment started. The food was awful, overcooked, tasteless, mainly fish. Salad items out of a jar, same every evening. Fruit for pudding was out of a tin. All in all, we paid far too much because it was half term for a less than average holiday.

The location of this place is fantastic! It's right next to Mas Palomas, so you can easily walk to the beach, shopping center, and other shops across the road. 🌴

Beautiful apartment, excellent service, peaceful location, welcome pack.

We liked the whole experience. For a last minute holday, the standard of the accomodation was a pleasant surprise. Our 'room' was a substantial appartment with a very good view over the gardens within the complex. The pools were nearby and sunbeds were readily available by the time of our afternoon swims. The hotel staff were helpful and professional, on one occasion going out of their way to tell me that I had left the car headlights on. We found a car very useful, not only to provide ready access to the local beaches and restaurants but also to enable us to make trips to Mogan and Las Palmas.

It rained on three of the seven days but we do not think the fault lay with the Palm Oasis. Water has been following us around this year!
